Our Promise

We want every child to love their Build & Bloom™ kit. If something isn't right, we're here to make it right.

Change of Mind Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items that are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

To start a return, email us at hello@buildandbloomkids.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll guide you through the process.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged or with missing pieces, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@buildandbloomkids.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund — whichever you prefer.

Wrong Item Received

If we've sent the wrong item, contact us and we'll sort it out immediately at no cost to you.

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you by email. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method.

Non-Returnable Items

We're unable to accept returns on items that have been opened, assembled, or used.
