Free Worldwide Shipping

 We're proud to offer free shipping on all orders, everywhere in the world. No minimums, no surprises at checkout.

Processing Time

All orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days of purchase. During peak periods, please allow up to 5 business days for dispatch.

Delivery Times

Once dispatched, standard international delivery takes approximately 8–14 business days. Please note that customs clearance delays are outside our control and may add additional time.

Order Confirmation & Tracking

You'll receive an order confirmation email as soon as your order is placed — check your junk folder if you can't find it. Once your order ships, we'll send a tracking number by email. Please allow 2–4 business days for tracking information to update.

Incorrect Address

Please double-check your delivery address at checkout. If you spot an error, email us immediately at hello@buildandbloomkids.com with "URGENT" in the subject line. We'll do our best to correct it before dispatch, but we can't guarantee changes once an order has shipped.

We're a small Australian business. To keep our prices accessible for families, we partner with a trusted logistics provider to ship internationally at an affordable rate.

f your order hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe, please reach out — we're here to help. While we're unable to take responsibility for orders confirmed as delivered by the courier, we'll always do our best to work with you to find a resolution.
